Stacey Childers co-produced and directed her first feature film, Delivery Boy Chronicles, which was written and co-produced by her brother, Michael Childers. Delivery Boy Chronicles, starring Shawn Mullins, was shot on location in Atlanta by an extraordinary Georgia-based crew, and features equally talented Atlanta-based actors. The film was selected as an editing project by Alan Oxman (Editor- Welcome to the Doll House and Happiness) for The Edit Center in NYC (The previous film selected was Ethan Hawkes’ Chelsea Walls).

In addition to writing and directing commercials for the Georgia Special Olympics, she has also directed several short films. Of mention, Stacey has received recognition in regional advertising award shows and was also named Georgia State University’s "Film Student of the Year" in 1996.
